Our pH Reducer is a white crystalline powder with a bland flavor profile and light odor. This mild acid is produced through highly controlled sterile fermentation.

This product is designed to partially replace vinegar powder in dry mixes, marinades and seasoning blends when the original level of vinegar powder is too harsh. It improves the overall flavor profile and provides a smooth, round and more balanced flavor while reducing pH. This pH reducer can also provide anti-microbial benefits in various applications.
