Our Clam Flavor provides a clam broth taste while enhancing the overall food system. It is especially useful in soup, sauce, gravy, stuffing, dip and other food flavor applications. It can be used instead of fresh clams for added flavor, providing easy handling and less risk of spoilage.
USAGE: One pound hydrates to approximately 12 gallons of clam broth.
INGREDIENTS: Cultured whey, maltodextrin, clam extract.
PACKAGING: 50-pound polyethylene lined paper bags.
SHELF LIFE: Ten months if stored in sealed bags in cool, dry storage area where temperature does not exceed 80° F and relative humidity is no more than 60%.
